@@isaoholmes2007 Every comic, future and past steal from other comics, either material they put their spin on (taking videos, ip, etc and tweaking it so that it's different in a court of physical items makes it a new thing even if you see the original thing underneath), comedic delivery, or even riffs of looks other comics have. As I grew older and Dane fell off I never relived his old material because it wouldn't have the same effect now as it did then. Tom's story at (6:09) sounds like Ari S. Like even the inflection that he gave the person whe he responds, sounds like something Ari would say. lol

Growing up with Dane Cook I found him hilarious, always watching this material on KZbin in its earlier days. When I was in my late teens I never listened to him sure but I was never into the Dane hate meme

I remember seeing Dane Cook live in Hamilton Ontario back when he did the Vicious Cycle set back when I was a teenage n it was one of the funniest shows I’ve been too. It’s easily one of my favourite comedy memories along with being made fun of by Gerry Dee also in Hamilton Ontario lol

Dane will always be the "first comedian" a TON of people watched, including me. Even if I dont watch his old stuff anymore, hes still the one that introduced me to comedy and for that alone I dont think he gets enough credit.
