Hi Dane, In a roundabout, I need to take the right lane for the second exit, because left lane was for left only. So I enter a roundabout without giving any indicator from the right lane and go to the inner lane in the roundabout. While crossing 1st exit I give the left indicator, exit from the inner lane and take the outer lane, and exit using the left lane. Am I doing it correctly? do I need to give the right indicator while entering the roundabout? This rule should be followed when the road marking says 2nd exit at right or 2nd exit after 12'O clock? Please let me know, I am confused here. I have an exam next week and I believe I may face a situation like this. We have a similar roundabout at one of the routes. Many Thanks Soumen

Gave me a lot of info on the marking sheet/scheme & I would say that not a lot of people would know that the theory/technical checks part can only cost you a few small marks. Would definitely discourage most people, causing them to think about it for the rest of the test.

I would advise you to remember the following points on nerves- Nerves can be good as they focus the mind and they show that you are taking the test serious if you are nervous about it The real trick is to channel the nerves in the right way - if you can use the energy the nerves give you and direct it to concentrating on your driving then you will be fine Nerves can help you to concentrate, but don't focus on the fact that you are feeling nervous, focus on what you are doing or about to do, if you focus on your breathing it should help distract from the nerves So if you find your leg shaking don’t focus on the fact that it is shaking as this is probably going to make it worse, think of something else such as the road in front of you and the shaking should stop Once the driving test starts the nerves usually peter out as you are too busy focussing on the test Always remember most of the things you worry about don't usually happen Always remember, the only difference between nervousness and excitement is perspective; they both share the same psychological and physiological characteristics! I'm not sure what you mean by grading the theory, the theory part has always been graded. I've not heard anything about test changes.

They will probably ask you 4 or 5 questions, I don't know know how many signs there's probably over 100. Just buy or download the RSA rules of the road book and count them yourself.

That's right, if you get 3 or more wrong you'll only lose a grade 2 mark
