Thanks for the video. I manage to get the thermostat on 'P01 - 01' and then hit clock to remove the clock icon (which works). however once i've done that the reading on the thermostat is at 28.5 degrees and i can't seem to get it to go down. When i hit the arrows like you do in the end of your video it just shows me the thermometer icon and the word 'set' on the left side of the screen and 13 degrees - which i then cannot move. Can you help?

Reading might be temporarely wrong because of your hand heat for a while. Temperature reading should go down in a minutes if you do no touch it anymore. If you can not set below 13C degrees, might be limitation done in a menu: kzbin.info/www/bejne/al6QiGVmqthknsksi=W9yZF74M0lFo1fQ1

Sorry, It is hard to say. But why would you need to turn it Off. You can go down with temperature, or switch frost protection.

Thermostat only "tells" boiler heating is not needed. All summer boiler is not looking for heating. Only cares about hot water. Thermostat switching ON/OFF has no influence on hot water preparation at all.

I'm struggling to program mines. I cant get the clock mode or days to appear to set times for it to come on. Would be good to get an idiots guide when there is nothing set up at all and you can show how to set days as well

Thanks for the video, I have set my schedule as you showed in the video, at most times of the day I set to 18 degrees. However I notice that if during day outside of timing schedule the temp drops below 18 heating turns on. How do I stop this to ensure it only comes on at the set times?

You can switch to holiday mode or frost protection mode, or simply you can go down with temperature. Or with ON/Off button.

How do you know thermostat turns off at 15C? Do you measure temperature elsewhere? Technically it is not possible for thermostat to go off at 15C if set temperature is 18C and it runs on manual mode.

We just had this installed in our new built house and its an absolute nightmare of a system honestly! It's a whole new estate built and everyone is complaining about this system not working correctly and the manual set temp os rubbish just a simple on off or a boost button like most others and how do you re pair the system? The workies who installed it have the bottom one controlling the bottom bedroom and the living room up the stairs and the upstairs is controlling the down stairs so your running up and down like an idiot just now figuring out what one is controlling what! So looking for how to pair them myself to correct rooms? And it's also got p11 dL missing out p10 it goes from P09 to P11dL and we don't know what this dl is as not in instructions can you assist me please with this as have my pensioner mother living with us just now and this isn't good for her! Hating circuit or radiator should be in the same room as thermostat. Seems you have wrong installation. There should be warranty or someone responsible for installation. Here is manual for Danfoss TP5001 room thermostat, it looks similar to WT-P. My thermostat is in manual mode and it won't work - I set the manual temp to 24, 27, 30 and the temperature doesn't move from 17.5 C.

In case thermostat is showing heat waves icon (calling for heating). Problem might be elsewhere. Probably you need an electrician to check wiring. If heat waves did not appear. It might be you have only display thermostat version without programing mode. In case clock was deactivated you should press "M" for 6 seconds and at P01 set P02.
