I mean, it's hard to say if they do have a fraction of what other people's talent may have, maybe the Ultimate marksman's sniper skill is above Mukuro, and she's more well rounded in various field in military. I mean Sakura was the ultimate martial artist and yet there is the ultimate aikido master in which she created neo-aikido, while Sakura is typically seem more of a brawler type. Also Ibuki is immediately coined as the ultimate musician when she lean more on punk genre, while Kaede is only the Ultimate pianist, but she's definitely lean on the classical genre And a discus thrower is an olympic category so it's not impossible for someone to be an ultimate of it, it doesn't redacted when any other sports is accepted. Also being the ultimate yo-yoer may seem ridiculous but there is multiple tournaments for children games like rubic cubes or card games, maybe they're capable of doing various tricks with yo-yos, also although an agitator seems kinda stupid, political figure definitely do invest in propaganda and scandals, Hope's Peak doesn't really judge what talent you may have, they seem to be an institute that want to flourish a person's talent that may help in the future, they have ultimate serial killer and ultimate assassins, and more abstract types like moral compass, princess, etc. Just because it's ridiculous in hindsight, doesn't redact how it may be valuable, Kirumi is just coined as the ultimate maid but she's definitely very capable and could be ultimate of other field. I can't believe I wrote so much but like genuinely, people seem to not take these things too seriously when it's not obvious how valued they are, or thinking a talent can't overlap making it seem like you're trying to make it so exclusive it's impossible for the vast majority of people it's impossible for someone to share them. There are whole ass schools for being maids and butlers. Not what the commenter meant by obscure. K1-B0 is the *only* robot that's so advanced, he gets it by default. Byakuya also was believed to have gotten it by default, until you get into his backstory, but those books are so hard to find that he fits the bill. Sonia, too, as she was simply born a princess. Nobody else could obtain her talent because it's something you must be born into. Same with Fuyuhiko. We learn that he isn't actually that good at his job, and that Natsumi was more skilled at commanding loyalty and being intimidating, but he was older and got the talent.

I had a list of OC's I've made over the years with weird talents. I think the weirdest one was my ult. Magical girl or my ult. Children's show host. Magical girl was a prototype for ult. Children's show host-they were essentially the same character so I merged the two of them. My children's show host is, essentially, a psychotic woman who thinks she's a doll. (There's context for that. Did a lot of research for her condition.) And the magical girl was stuck in her role and actively thought she could do magic/was the character in the show. But she reminded me way too much of Gundham (but VERY one dimensional.) and I decided to make her a part of someone else (children's show host) and make her design into someone new. She's the ultimate caregiver now, and her story is pretty good. Maybe not the best compared to others that I've made, but I like it a lot.
