One thing I love about Kaede is how assertive she is compared to the other protagonists of the franchise. Hajime had a little nerve into him, but his ark was all about self-confidence, so seeing Kaede shuting down Shuichi on their first encounter was really refresing. While she still has doubts and insecurities, they are not her defining caracteristics, which make her much more interesting and fun. Have a great time with this game! It's gonna be a ride! (like all Danganronpa, but somehow even more)

this is favorite danganronpa game but the English dub is really weird this time imo. I still don’t understand why they chose to pronounce Kaede as ky-YAY-day or why they decided to cast baby little Shuichi with such a deep voice when his original voice is almost higher than Kaede’s. other than that this should be a wild ride, have fun guys!

if you end up leaving this game wanting more danganronpa, there is a massive fan game community for the series, with some notable games including the Danganronpa Another duology, and Project: Eden's Garden (still in progress). Also it could be the "end end" like no more Danganronpa, or it could be a splat3 situation where it's the end of a saga, continuing in the same world, but nothing is the same, no recurring characters from the previous games, just the same world.

Oh, boy. I gotta admit, between the light novel (never translated), UDG (the good parts do not quite outweigh the bad parts for me) and the animes (overly truncated, hackneyed, disappointed messes, all), I thought this series, once so new and interesting and fun in its gross morbid way, was all sucked dry, a withered husk drained of all that I'd find innovative or good. I though those Doggone Ronpauls had nothing more to offer me. And then this game came along. I will very, very much be looking forward to this, to reliving the great moments and seeing Allison's reactions to them. This game owns, and I hope you enjoy it.
