I bought an elementary school building in 2011 for dirt cheap, and turned it into a 12 unit apartment building by 2013. Turned each classroom into a 1,050 sq ft apartment. Did 90 percent of the work myself, and was all in for less than $160k. It brings in $10,400 a month, every month. I had it paid off in 2019, and every penny has been profit in the past 5 years. These units are only 11 years old, so basically no maintenance costs. Its the smartest financial decision I ever made. It was a ton of work and I risked all of my savings, but it instantly paid off when all 12 units were occupied for that first month.

Ehren has always been one of my favorites in the jackass group. I remember reading some data sheet on the Jackass the movie DVD that said he was just a simple guy, the son of a gravedigger. I found this description sensational and became a huge fan of his feat. one of the few jackass to create his own catchphrase. Johnny Knoxville has his "Hello, I'm Johnny Knoxville. welcome to jackass". Steve-O has his "Yeah, Dude!". and Ehren has his "Safety First". and all his exploits were genius. "yellow snow cone" was so gross, but he presents the picture in such a smooth way that you can see what a great pro he is. my favorite scene of him is when he walks into a store that says "no shirt. no shoes. no service" and what does he do? enters only in shirt and shoes, without pants. your cynicism is so great it makes me laugh out loud. Ehren, if you're reading this, know that none of your exploits have gone unnoticed. I remember them all and I'm a big fan of yours. I really like the partnership you have with Dave England. thank you for being this amazing, good guy who has done everything in the name of entertainment. you are a big winner and i hope you live a full and happy life with your baby and your family. I love you man! hugs from your brazilian fan.

It's called conspicuous consumption steveo. People buy things they need to because they are told to by the TV, rappers and celebrities. But a wise man would buy something that gives you a return, but also goes up in value. Sure when you've got 7 houses. Buy your self a watch, or a flash car from time to time. I've seen people wearing the latest Jordans, but have holes in their boxers and no food in their fridge 😂 he's a wise man. 👊🏾
@derek170052 жыл бұрын
Some of that's just wisdom too. Ehren and I are the same age (45) and I can tell you firsthand that it pains me to spend money on useless crap which let's face it, the stuff that's the "latest and greatest" is. Even with cars, the older I get, the more I'm fine with driving a beater around as those car payments add up very very fast and take away money that could've been better spent elsewhere. This kind of mindset only comes as you get older and realize what's important and what's not. The idea of a $3K oil change for a Lambo immediately is a non-starter for me where in my 20's, I may have been dumb enough to buy it. That's not a knock on anyone who does buy this stuff, it's just not in me to buy it anymore. When I was younger, I bought a new car every 3-4 years and now I see how insanely dumb that was financially and how much of a hit you take in doing so.
@ScullCandy562 жыл бұрын
but you just said buy something that gives you a return and goes up in value... then you decry people buying latest jordans? you do realize that jordans increase in price and have gains that are better than crypto currency right? those jordans absolutely go up in value especially older styles.. as an example the Black Cat Jordan 4's that came out last year... I bought for $170 and now 8 months later are selling USED for $1200..... I don't think you understand how much money people make with sneakers... its basically like real estate high end designer clothing and sneakers like that either hold their value or end up selling for more in the resale market. Whenever I'm strapped for cash I can literally just go to my sneaker wall or designer closet and pick something at random and sell it for a huge profit and take care of my necessities. its smarter than putting money in a savings account with barely any interest.
@Spencerlayne2 жыл бұрын
@@ScullCandy56 you collect your shoes and trainers mate I'll leave my money in the bank like a grown ass man 🙄 what you waffling on about. What if any of what I said was wrong. I said I a see dickhead with holes in his pants but wearing the latest jordans. You some how equate that to "you do know Jordans go up in price"? Good for anything who invests in something that goes up in value. You completely missed my point and went in on your own high and might rant.

Danger probably has the ideal celebrity status. He’s well known enough he can probably get in everywhere, doesn’t get paparazzi following him 24/7. And if he ever has any low points, it won’t be national news, or on TMZ. Plus a lot of people who just get super famous end up getting shit pretty much bo matter what.
