Love this! My husband and I caught the Carnivore mind virus in 2023. The virus causes weight loss ( about 70 lb each), more energy, and no osteoarthritis pain. Also less money spent on groceries. Then my sister with RA caught the virus and she also lost weight and her pain is gone. Darn that Carnivore virus!!!

I caught it over 2 years ago and now im half the man i use to be. 180 lbs gone and never to return. I also lost my hypertension, diabetes, insomnia, sleep apnea, depression, and more. Adapt and overcome i guess...😅

I’ve come down with CMV24 too… My arthritis is disappearing day by day & My mind is aglow with crazy thoughts of thinking I must have more energy… cause I’ve been checking off everything on my to-do list ( I’ve had for years but no motivation or energy to do)… like cleaning out my garage! It’s cray how this virus can affect every aspect of your physical and mental wellbeing!

We need 2 more buttons. _Ha ha_ and _Love_ I've got a different strain of the virus named LCMV21 (low carb mind 2021). I've remitted my diabetes and experienced a weight reduction of 27.5% and I've had to stop taking blood pressure drug. I think I've come in contact with CMV24 because since the beginning of this year I've been eating more meat!

I’m in 🇬🇧, I caught it in December 23, it’s bloody awful! it robbed me of 4 stones of my bodies visceral fat in less than 6 months. It’s cost me a complete new frigging wardrobe of clothing and I’ve had to spend thousands of pounds on a brand new Gym, mountain bike and sea kayak. It’s taken me from a fat knackered obese old git to a light weight muscled fitness fanatic. It’s a crazy disease.🥩🍳🥓🐏🐔💪

Dr Rick, it’s okay, people mustn’t panic because it’s a bit like most other viruses that aren’t actually visible and so don’t appear to exist! I thought I had it, but I realise that I didn’t I was just getting sympathetic brain impulses from plant eaters that couldn’t get their little minds round the concept of a carnivore diet. Phew! That was lucky because I’ve had it for almost four years!😂

Hi Dr. Rick, thank you for all of your amazing content, I've learned so much. You truly are an inspiration. I have a son who has always wanted to be a Doctor and was all set to apply for med school; however, his eyes are open to the "broken" medical system that is owned by big pharma. He's very disheartened that nutrition isn't more highly regarded and focused on in med school in getting people healthy. He kinda feels he would be their "puppet". If he wants is to help people one at a time use nutrition to improve their lives do you have any suggestions on a path forward? Is it a requirement for him to get his MD? Knowing what you know now and what many other doctors are discovering with keto/carnivore would you still choose the path you did? I would appreciate your insight.

Orthopedics in many ways sits outside the system. The problems are mechanical in nature. I try to get my patients healthy as much as possible. But I could never be the type of Dr. whose job is just writing prescriptions. That being said, there are many good doctors trying hard to help, but most of the people are not willing to do the work to improve their health. The food system is really broken as well. But tell him we need young doctors who understand what is wrong and want to fix it. Change is slow, but without trying , nothing is going to be different in the future..

I was have been carnivore for several years trying to help with Polycythemia Vera... so far not helping me. Platelets are 1.5 million and was wondering if any one can help me to know if I am safe on this diet. I love having the Carnivore mind virus

Doctor Rick, thanks for doing this presentation. but, you are preaching to the choir. The people watching this are already carnivores. I think it would be helpful if you and other like minded doctors would join together so people could know who the carnivore doctors are. I am a devout carnivore but have had no success in converting my wife and daughter. I think it would be great for them to have a doctor that might nudge them in the right direction.
