I saw a video on this game where a guy showed how to fully win with all achievements in 37 minutes to get a full refund off Steam. It was several years ago. That guy was pure evil.

I can tell you that it‘s not possible to get all achievements in 37 minutes legitimately. The fastest human run ever achieved is just under 1 minute, the fastest TAS 42.069 seconds. Now for all achievements, you need to beat the game 50 times, which means, if a human were to play perfectly 50 times in a row, excluding loading times, you‘d still end up with 50 minutes. (But actually getting a refund while 100% the game has been done before. Just not in 37 minutes) With TAS, it could technically be done in just over 35 minutes.
