Most air power guns shoot at 430 or a little more. THE REally high end ones can shoot at 1000 fps but that's it

They make Big bore air rifles that can shot a lot faster than 1000fps actually. The high end ones can easily shoot anywhere between 1500-2000fps and they also can shoot big calibers also like .45 and even .50 cals

That’s only a difference of 180 FPS from a 9mm 150 grain bullet. A 9mm BULLET does 1180 FPS.

And the lack of information separating airsoft from these EXTREMELY more dangerous bb and pellet guns, and there is an age limit for these, you need to be an adult or have an adults permission to purchase them. And most definitely takes more than 245 to penetrate skin, I’ve been shot bare skinned with 300 fps and the only damage was a bruise

The reason I looked up if a BB gun is dangerous, is cause I saw a video o a guy going to the hospital so the doctors could take out a bb out of his skin, cause it went through, and that’s kinda same as a gun, a bb penetrated he skin like if it was a bullet

Depends. A 45 cap travels around 900. While some air guns can push a couple thousand. Are they as fast as rifle rounds? No. But still.

Complete nonsense most air rifles and air pistols are under 600 FPS unless it's a single-shot break barrel then closer to 1000 they also have less mass than a bullet don't try to demonize everything

1- Not the same damage as a paintball but still dangerous. For example a 17 year old died after getting shot by a bb gun in the eye. 2- The bb guns have realistic shape of a real firearm, if you point to a officer that doesn't know about the gun he will shoot you. There is some cases of people that died for cops pointing a bb gun

One has to wear gear for paintball ranges but that is because there are sensitive parts of the head and chest that can cause problems if injured certain ways. Also with kids wearing helmet for bike does not mean they will be needing it but it is just a precaution. Not sure why this has so many dislikes about gun safety around kids.

@@randomeventstv Not how that works bub, pellets have a cone on the back of the round, a lot like real bullets, which when fired, pushes the sides of the pellet against the barrel creating a tighter seal therefore increasing muzzle velocity

This guy should have never been speaking on air guns. No air gun does 2000fps. A pellet wouldnt even be stable at 2000fps. Majority of air guns only puts out 600-800fpe. Velocity has nothing to do with penetration, fpe does.
