Bryan's booking was very inconsistent before 2012. If my memory recalls, he was somewhat over on Raw(correct me on that), but after moving to SmackDown and taking L's, he wasn't getting much of a reaction. The title run did wonders for him as he developed a character that connected with the fans. What did you think of D Bryan's title run in 2012?

Until then I look to make something on Kane, Y2J and the divas division so expect something related to those topics.

This run always stands out to me in my memory. It's not often you get to see an underdog, presented as the heel. The series of matches with Big Show & Mark Henry made Bryan look like such a coward and you just wanted to see him get beat. But he kept finding a way. It was brilliant

For that Battle Royal that Santino Marella that noise was real. February 17th SmackDown in Fresno, CA taped on February 14th. Somehow, someway Santino got the loudest pop for the show. Maybe WWE did something to pipe in crowd noise for whatever reason as they did for all SmackDowns and pre taped shows during this time but Santino did i deed get the loudest reaction.

Daniel Bryan was my favorite wrestler on the indy scene one of the best technical wrestlers thanks to Regal I was a Big Fan before he got to WWE. he had a loyal fallowing on the indy scene and had good matches with CM Punk , Samoa Joe , Chris Hero and many others in ROH and PWG he was nick named the American Dragon as well as the best in the world long before CM Punk or Jericho used it in WWE. yeah he was TRained by HBK but also Regal who is one of the best Technical wrestlers of his generation and I love Technical Wrestling.

I live how people say the 09-2014 era was weak but that's arguably the era with the most videos you cover people call it a weak era cuz lack of star power but this era had so much happen during it was great idk what people are talking about its just people off the attitude and ruthless aggression eras complaining about the pg era but it honestly wasn't bad at all nothing will compare to wrestling in the mid to late 90s early 2000s but this era was still good
@NillyNilly5463 жыл бұрын
It was a very inconsistent wise regarding Daniel win/loss wise, the dude struggled and I feel if WWE expanded more on the "Exposing Daniel Bryans weaknesses" it would've been much better.

Quick note: if you look in-terms of overall WWE history and their era’s, Mark Henry was the last world champion from the Ruthless Aggression era. To further that point, Daniel Bryan was the one who ushered in this new era of athletic light-heavyweight’s being main players in the main event scene.
@NillyNilly5463 жыл бұрын
Daniel Bryan and Sheamus deserved a better match at Mania, but hosenstly it was a blessing in disguise, also never knew what the build was to Daniel & Sheamus, kind of lacking tbh, I also like how we uses the vegan gimmick 6 years later and it goes much better.

I still don't understand why he reversed it. Edge cashed in on John cena after he went through a elimination chamber match. Cm punk cashed in on a weakened jeff hardy and edge. Jack swagger cashed in on a injured chris Jericho. The miz cashed in on a injured randy orton. So what is the point of reversing the decision if almost all of them cashed in on weak superstars before💁♂️💁♂️💁♂️

Unpopular opinion: I hated Daniel Bryan’s heel in 2012 as WHC. Not hated as in he’s a good heel like he’s doing his job, he was boring. He freaking could’ve been the young babyface facing against Mr. Hall of Pain Mark Henry at WrestleMania 28 winning the WHC
