They normally mean in terms of style or sense of humour. Sense of humour has nothing to do with accent, cultural references or location - it has to do with comedic tone and structure. Both british comedies and american comedies have examples of every type of humour and yet you hear or read british people all over KZbin boasting about the "british sense of humour" as though it were a genetic thing/ability that is superior to americans or something. Probably not. I mean, there's e.g. Heath Ledger... after shooting "Dancer in the Dark", Bjoerk said it was such a horrifying experience that she never wants to do another movie and I'm sure there are many more examples. Personally, I don't even like watching movies any more because I feel like there's enough drama in my own life. So... if my life depended on putting myself into the shoes of horrible/tragic characters regularly - I can see how that might not be for everyone long-term.

For him it's a source of fun to see how long it takes for the listener to "get it", which is why he does the dead pan face so as not to let on when the punch line is coming.

Most of Craig's injuries hapened in Quantum of Solace the film that he had done all the stunts himself. He actually started using a double after that. In Skyfall, he had a double to do those jumping onto the train scenes.
