When Spencer said the sport needs AJ to win not DDD i suspected he was being paid to talk against the camp. The timing and accusations (true or false) were suspicious to me I could be wrong. It appeared to be done in bad faith and if so clearly backfired, thats how it goes... Well done to both fighters who are warriors. Glad they left faculties in tact. Dubois handled that business and Knocked Out AJ in emphatic fashion. Outboxed, outclassed and knocked out. The fight wasnt competitive.

Great show yet again. AJ is a succes story from the street life to becoming an Olympic champ to becoming a multiple time world champion reaching the pinnacle of the sport. While AJ was making his own mark on the sport a young Daniel was in the shadow being trained to eventually start his own chapter. yesterday’s result should not be used to put AJ down. He is a British boxing great and he came short against Dubois, a younger, more hungrier opponent. That’s the unforgiving cycle of boxing and sports in general. You can only have a limited time under the spotlights before somebody gets his spotlight. All in all, respect to both Aj and Dubois for putting it on the line and showing great heart, risking their health for people’s amusement. ✅

I haven't even watched Daniel's fights to see if he has made improvements, but to say he won a word title because of improvements isn't entirely right, as there would be no world title if Usyk never gave up a belt🤷🏾‍♂️ Not to take anything away from Daniels win but Usyk giving up the a belt and AJs poor performance contributed a lot to Daniel becoming world champion. Joshua hasn't sorted out the problem he has, which is he gets ragged & panics when under fire. Once he gets pressured, he collapses & fighters know this.
