I do believe there are issues with this case and I think the way to resolve it is to retry the case and make sure they only use concrete evidence. Go check the statistics regarding how many officer involved homicides are actually justified. i.e. when the person shot by police was threatening the life of that leo and / or an innocent member of the public. For the most part, police in the U.S. are decent, law abiding, compassionate, caring individuals who are *in service* to the general public _because they want to serve us!_ I’m not saying there isn’t corruption by *a few* officers (and even *a few* departments), but it’s not near as prevalent as YOU and MSM makes it out to be. Stop being a sheep and do your own research. If you _really think_ cops “are way worse than any other country” then you obviously are ignorant (willfully or not) to how the rest of the world works. Again, I encourage you do to a little research. Don’t fall into the trap that MSM wants you to. They’re here to divide us, and people like you are the reason this country is divided right now. It’s so easy these days to get *real* facts thanks to the internet. Hell, even before the internet we didn’t have all of these blatant lies from MSM. But in today’s world, there’s *NO EXCUSE* for people just to believe everything MSM tells us. Do a simple Google search and you’ll find *thousands of websites* with *PROOF* that what you’re saying is a lie. 🐑

The fact that many of the "victims" could not accurately describe Daniel, couldn't even pick him out of a photo lineup, said things like "So, this is good evidence?... I think so, because y'all even if he didn't, like even, rape nobody", the fact that only 8 of the 21 were usable for a conviction, all with questionable evidence. The fact that there is evidence of many of the "victims" lying, that the cops attempted to coax responses, the fact that the prosecution made claims like vaginal fluid DNA with no evidence. The druggies were ugly as f***. Druggies like them don't make much money, so why not claim a police officer did bad things to them if they can get a payout. Wheres the DNA from them. Usually they need evidence. Touch DNA isn't good enough in this case, as officers pad down criminals all the time. Does that mean they assault all the criminals. Also, there were a bunch of crackheads that were caught out lying. If there was any inappropriate activity in all other cases, the officers cam would have recorded it. Where were the videos. Its like they just took all those juncky crackhead getto hores word for it and then the police officer had to come up with evidence to show he wasn't there and didn't do it. If those crack heads get a payout - you know what the money is going to be spent on. If they were good looking hores, or just ok looking it would be worth believing but they were run down hores, probably with HIV and all the other STIs you can think off. Something seems off. I don't believe he did it. If he had done it multiple times, why wasnt there any other mention of radio tracker being switched off. If it was switched off one time and not the other times - doesn't make sense. And like they said where was the paperwork for the tests that showed vaj flued. There wasn't any - clearly a mistake. If he was going out with that girl, like the mum said, then why didn't they investigate and find out where they had gone and asked witnesses if they had seen them together?

I recently watched “how I caught my killer” and a woman who was handcuffed, r*ped, and kidnapped was able to get away & call police. She still had the cuffs on when they arrived to her hotel room. She said “here’s his phone number, his name, his Facebook”… do you know what they did? They tried to immediately charge her with prostitution. She had THE CUFFS from the kidnapper still on! And this is NOT rare. This happens a LOT. Cops will threaten or charge someone who called THEM! So in the instance of “why did the women deny it 6 times , and THEN say something happened?” I can see that happening because they were nervous to admit “yeah, this cop said he’d get me out of trouble/not arrest me if I did something” and immediately be charged with agreeing to trade s*xual favors. It’s happened hundreds of times, where women & men were the victim, but were charged because they “put themselves in that situation”. That’s just my opinion on why some women changed their story after a while. Because they DID have drugs on them, or they DID agree to make a “trade”.

Justin Mopavich Thank you. Definitely not a fun situation to be in, the guy did proceed to sexually assault a minor around 13-14 of age, my husband did try and push me to file a report, but the guys was working as a groom at the fancy stable where I had my competition horses. I wasn’t willing to risk my horses well-being! Besides the police wouldn’t have taken it seriously. There was even high tech security camera pointed towards where it happened, so the owner themselves decided not to do anything, they only fired the guys after the kid was assaulted, at a public large horse show that they were ironically sponsoring Could be yes, it definitely can’t be ruled out. There was definitely a majority of women lying, but as far as I gathered it was set up by the police.? I’m guessing to strengthen their case. For the women that was victimized. I truly feel sorry that it happened to them, no matter the circumstances!

The drugs are ultimately irrelevant. You can be an addict and still remain a good person overall. This situation though is just fucked. The "evidence" isn't conclusive of anything. The women all do have plenty of incentive to lie and yes some aren't even coherent. This just screams of set up. It really should be retried immediately.

avionics That's a really good question. Well aside for the public outrage mentioned in the video, there's almost definitely some other huge problems going on in that department somewhere. The female detective at the beginning would be the place to start looking. She's clearly one of the main ones pushing for his guilt. After a retrial they should be heavily investigated for what their reasoning was. It could be anything really, but likely other injustices to community this would be a distraction for.

Which ones seem credible? I don't think any of the accusations hold weight after looking at the trial. The initial accuser's entire story fell apart. She said he was blonde. She said he put her hands on the car but there were none of her fingerprints. She said he put his own hands on the car, and his fingerprints weren't on the car anywhere close to where she said they would be. She claimed he pulled his penis out of his zipper, but he was wearing underwear with no front opening. That last one isn't impossible, but it's pretty improbable. From there, which accusers are believable? If the first woman was *clearly* lying, and the others were only found when the detectives invented a victim profile out of thin air, I don't see it.

Listen to the video theres multiple women who lied. And i hate the police but why wouldnt the lie on the cop. Theres plenty of reasons listed to give him a new trial
@polarbearsrus69803 жыл бұрын
@@kylelopinsky4438 Some of them lied, they were prostitutes and drug addicts. THAT'S WHY HE PICKED THEM, DUH!!!! But the last one, the one who turned him in, she was not lying and the hero in this case, the female detective, knew it. Several of the others were proven to be truthful. How many women getting assaulted, abused, and raped in the mouth does it take for you to understand? He's not getting a new trial, he is a monster!!!

@rockalinebellosa79074 жыл бұрын
@@Phaminator525 I agree to an extent. Rape is an extremely hard crime to prove, however.This could've been better if they didn't specifically hunt down women to get a confession. He definitely does not deserve a life sentence if they cannot prove it though.

And our forefathers wisely determined that nobody should EVER be convicted of a crime that could not be proven. That's more the fodder of totalitarian regimes. I believe it was Ben Franklin who said something similar to "Better for 100 guilty people to go free than 1 innocent person be wrongfully convicted". Western Society justice is about due process and what can be actually proven. Not about vengeance and what we might THINK someone is guilty of. And thank God for that. Because what if some vengeful, toxic or delusional person with power (like Kim Davis) "has a gut feeling" you are guilty of something??

He was denied appeal. Because judges can see things we can’t. All the discovery they have access to. Some of those women are CLEARLY jumping on the “lawsuit” band wagon…..but this guy is guilty. That’s why he was denied appeal. Also you can’t “transfer” vaginal fluid to a man’s ZIPPER without exposing you hoohah. Bye Daniel…..you suck Fu
