Beautiful andvery expressive, his vibrato suits this piece perfectly, I think. Daniel is a great violonist.

This may be my favorite interpretation of the Vocalise. It’s played often, but rarely performed memorably. Daniel Hope doesn’t just spin out beautiful notes , he’s conveying a deep and poignant musical message that cuts to the heart. There’s poetry and passion in this rendition. Wonderful balance & ambience between the piano and violin, with a melody that delicate, touching and haunting. The violin is almost crying with emotion. I've never heard this before and it's utterly beautiful. Robert Abel
