It was bad form tho. Anything in statics and power dynamics they do is bad form. Just look at their straddle planche,wtf is that even. Hefesto was cool tho, however not the best form

I think Hristofv counting 1,2, 3 instead of from 0, and i think girls should have the 2s rule holds but with proper form.

Flefil also counts too long aswell though for example he says 0 Mississippi 1 missipi 2 missipi 3 Mississippi and counts this as 3 seconds but in reality this is 4 seconds

Not really, I start with 0 when they start the hold, meanwhile 90% if people start counting that as 1 sec when they have not old it for 1 sec yet. Please don’t confuse it 😉
