Daniel Radcliffe is honestly the best example of how child stars can still have a healthy and well-developed life. I’m sure that’s because the people around him when he was a child were genuinely caring for him and that’s just wonderful. Also I love how random and varied his choices in roles are, absolutely love Miracle Workers and I was way too bamboozled by Swiss Army Man to appreciate anything about it, but man I have to admire and respect that movie for being so ballsy in its insanity.

Years ago in an interview, Daniel Radcliffe admitted how overwhelmed and depressed he was, being "Harry Potter." Then he had a realization, and I'm paraphrasing "it could've been anyone else in this role, it just happened to be me." It instantly shifted his perspective and he chose to own it. He came to that conclusion himself. Back then, I knew he'd be just fine. It's always humbling to see him. What an awesome well grounded human ❤️

I'm glad I clicked on this. Had the biggest crush on Daniel for the longest time, still kinda do lol. He's so humble and the best example of a child star accepting what made him famous without seeing it as a burden, dealing with the downs of it all (and he did have his downs) and not trying to run away from it, but instead accepting it honestly and I really admire him for it.
