I am glad to present these pieces of two masters that used both harmony and counterpoint to their highest level and to show some of the "not so conventional" repertoire! Rossi, you are a great guitarist but your program so disappointingly lacks beautiful melodies. Boring music like this emptied out classical concert halls. By the way, Dushan's homage to Haydn is as perplexing as it is unremarkable. Haydn? Where? Your talent is not questioned, but very few people like this kind of music. That's why we're lucky to get 5000 views, while mindless rap gets millions. Also, nothing against Dushan but the Folias we know by Sor and by Llobet are so much better, as are Lauro's waltzes; i respect Duarte but

That's nonsense - there are umpteen recordings of the standard repertoire with melodies galore. It's great to hear something new and I particularly liked the Hommage to Haydn
