For anybody having issues deleting. Go in your settings and press screen time, content, and privacy restrictions, iTunes and App Store purchases. And press allow. This will allow you to delete the app.

Go to settings, screen time, content, and privacy restriction, iTunes, and iTunes & App Store purchases, deleting apps, then click allow option. That should solve your problem and delete the apps that you don’t want.
