Join the union. There is normally a 6-10 week period between sign up and representation because unions don’t like people signing up just because they get in serious bother. Beg them to represent you.

Shame, at face value, can’t really prove much. Horrible thing to be accused of if innocent. Wished Daniel said more about outcomes beyond “employer needs to decide who to believe”. Late 30s & young 20s isn’t good unless your a celeb or millionaire

If you're in a union, contact them for support and legal assistance. If you backed up your whatsapp before deleting messages you can restore them.

Best thing to do here is deal with the facts. It’s good to know the legal process here but understanding people and being assertive but calm is the most beneficial. If something didn’t happen there’s no evidence of it. So if you didn’t coerce someone into a non consensual relationship then there will be no evidence of it. Tell the truth, had a relationship, you ended it because you are unable to cope with the emotional instability that comes with BPD. You are happy to move teams or implement whatever they want to implement so that you don’t have to work together as it’ll be easier for you anyway. If you’re given any evidence, calmly say what it actually is. Don’t be pinned into a corner. Whatever you do, make sure you have mentally moved on from the relationship. It’ll help you to see clearly. Good luck!

I kinda agree with the comments. I had a work relationship once and it went a bit wrong and it's not a nice position to be in. The relationship did survive, and I ended moving teams but I definitely wouldn't do it again.

Good clip, but I think wrong to say “she would face a credibility issue” for only reporting this 2mo. later. If she was being exposed to coercive behaviour there are many reasons why she would seek help some time after the fact. Especially if continuing to be working together.

I don’t know wether Jamal is a Muslim or not but if he is, he should know better not to get into a Haram relationship (outside marriage) and this is the negative outcome of it, so I guess you can say he is suffering the consequences of that Haram relationship. If he is not Muslim than that’s a normal thing in the west to have boyfriends & girlfriends and have sexual relationships outside of marriage generally speaking
