That's better than the original by far in my opinion.. which doesn't mean much. I also really like Goodbye Summer... what a great song. +Jesse Case I am no Blake Shelton fan either, but, for the most part, he is a good coach. I find myself hoping a singer I like, chooses him. What sticks in my memory the most is that, Levine had, what I feel, was the best team ever on The Voice, including my 2nd, alltime Voice favorite, Amber Carrington, yet little, inexperienced Danielle won , over them, convincingly, not to mention Michelle Chemuel. To me, that was the best season, of The Voice, by far.

I would add that she didn't have the most professional sounding singing ability to start with, but she had the voice, quality, and personality that most of the voters, including me, liked the most. Yes, she did improve, greatly, with each performance.

And probably will ever see. Four or five of the other female singers, of Danielle's season were some of the best singers, period, to have ever been on the show, but she was and is way beyond them. This was attested by the record number of her Itunes purchases, votes and the fact that she is still being hounded, over a year later, by more negative commenters than any contestant in the history of the show. Again; She is, by far, the best thing ever to happen to The Voice.

Good comment...100% of the singers that win is because the fans want them to project who they are and where they are going. Probably the biggest reason Haley Reinhart didn't win on AI. And of course every time Danielle sang it sounded like it was a professional recording, not live.
