A couple things. 1) I love hearing that you acknowledge some figures being out of grasp for you financially…and you’re okay with that. Hearing little things like this make you and your videos 100% for relatable for me. I don’t think I’ve ever heard another content creator acknowledge that type of thing in their videos. I always get the impression that everyone I watch opening products has unlimited money and can just buy whatever they want. That’s very un-relatable for myself. So, kudos to you. 2) I’m sooo jealous that you have a local brick and mortar store that carries figures!! I wish I had a store like this somewhere near me. Seriously, the rate of inflation in the figure collecting market is so insane. Obviously the pandemic has made everything 100% worse especially when it comes to shipping, but even so figure companies just keep raising prices with every single release.

I love noragami an unreasonable amount but I never see ANYONE on anime-related youtube (or anywhere) mention it, which is such a shame bc it's so good. I had a couple of Nendoroids. I can see that the trauma of posing them, dealing with parts that keep falling off, and parts that won't come off easily, is such a hassle , and gets old really quick. So I got out of Nendoroids then and quickly too. They are cute but more like the bunny from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Great job on your first vlog filming, it's was really good in my opinion and Navito world looks super interesting. Reminds me of one of the shops in akihabara that I see in some other videos. OTs-14 looks stunning and I didn't know that she had a music box with her, great feature and she looks really great with Roy in your detolf. I had ordered quite a few figures from navito world before(montreal ovah'er!) and it was super cool to actually see what the store looks like! thanks for that :) oof! and I'd love to read more manga!! I just have so little time in my life. I draw my own manga and so for the past 7 years, it's all work, and little play :( but at least collecting the statues/figures goes to help promote and somewhat fund a lot of great series that I just don't have the time to read :)

megahouse figures are always horrendously priced on the aftermarket 😩😭 they’re always the sole company doing specific series’ non-prize (but also non-scale!!!!???) figures (one piece and bleach for example), and they hardly ever do re-releases. even their retail prices are shooting up these days, my wallet hates them. happy for you getting hiyori at a semi-reasonable (🥴) price!!! also noya is v adorable, love him 🥰🥰

Agreed. I also feel the same way about Kotobukiya. I’ve been trying to find the ART-fx Joker with bonus parts (Persona 5) and the Kyo (fruits basket) figure but no luck. They’re either gone or ridiculously overpriced.
