Just found you on KZbin. I am your follower on IG. So I tried this recipe and my chin chin turned out wow. But the only problem I have is in frying, it soaked oil and some melted in the oil, any tip on how to fry for it to come out as crisp as yours. Thank you

Your heat needs to be high immediately you add the chin chin because the chin chin will bring down the temperature of the oil so you need to increase it for a bit to balance it out
