Not has difficult as Daniel's other recent workouts, but it aint no walk in the park either. I have been doing these workout for a few years, and I'm constantly amazed at Daniel's endless inventiveness and for coming up with brand new movements.

I hope you are feeling better Daniel! I'm glad I did this today instead of tomorrow because tomorrow my husband is taking me to the hardest desert I've ever driven in lol. I was driving a couple hours after this video and my shoulders are tired to hold my arms up above chest level ha ha. I think they'll be okay (even if they are sore) by tomorrow though. Another video with lunges as the very first exercise holding the heaviest weight selection 😅😅😅 Yes there's a little break of a squat between each lunge but it's still rough like the other video I recently did lol. Daniel, Did you always do Weighted Knee Tucks with 10kg and I assumed it was 5kg, or did you just recently bump the weight up? Forget about 10kg lol. I am finally able to get through a whole set without rest with a 5kg dumbbell lol. Progress is progress still! I particularly love the Front Lunge/Cross Lunges. You have them in a recent HomeGym video too. I never thought I would do front lunges ever again as they always caused knee pain. But I've recently been able to do them and even Front/Back Lunge combos. And get this-- I'm 50 years old! I've done other people's tough strength workouts too and I never got to a point of being able to do front lunges (in recent years). I wonder if it's all the high squats you do that strengthened my knees? I've done more high squats in the 7+ months I've been following you, than I've done in the last 30 years lol. I know weight loss has something to do with it as well but at my age it's a miracle lol. The last video with Paused V-holds was holding for 3 seconds. Those 5 second holds in this video were torture! Notes : Initial weight selection, 15kg, 10kg, 5kg 3XR 3XR Push Presses- I did these with 12kg. I am definitely ready to up to 14kg Curl/Press Eccentric Raises-- 10kg and I did not have full control on the way down. Next time go down to 8kg Single Upright Row/shrugs - I tried with the 15kg but half through I paused to switched to 12kg. Try 14kg next time. Alt Clean Press - 14kg! Fly to Pullover - 8kg 2X Back Pull/Alt Raise - 8kg
