Did this today . For someone who usually does cardio and is trying to lift more I loved it !!! I usually do your HIIT workouts and HIIT with dumbbells workout but this was my first weights only workout . Thank you so much for keeping your workouts interesting, varied and most of all fun!

I love all your workouts.This is the hardest one.iv done it many times and still drip with sweat.i love doing your dumbell workouts 3 times a week.your hitt twice a week.on top of fast paced walking 12miles everyday.i dont know what we would do without you Daniel.keep up your fantastic work x

Some of the knotty moves for me of today's workout was :- Front lunge hammer curl Chest fly leg raise Kneeling alt. Fast front raise Kayak core Swing lunge overhead press Kneeling x raises Sync. Front raise squat Kayak alt. Lunges Weighted athletic high knees I felt them piercing through my muscles.. this was as similar as to an hour of HIIT session.. love this workout, Thank you sir for this intensely murderous workout 🙏💪❤️

Holy shit what a workout I couldn't do some of them completely being is because I have 25 lb dumbells and it's just a little bit much for me but I have no other weights so I tried my best this workout absolutely sucks but that's what gonna help you grow is to do something you hate everyday.
