A big like : that it included all essentials for all muscles in a 35min and I also liked a new scheme showing muscle groups envolved 👌🏻🔝 ps those half jacks at the end and bear crawls was super tough -my abs couldn’t handle it 😅😂ahaha well done ! PS music was great🎶🔝
