I found you right on time. I was looking to switch out my current Vitamin C and introduce HA but wasn’t sure the latest and greatest. Happy to know my plan is definitely a good one! I’m currently on the glow recipe Vitamin C and while I LOVE the guava, the bottle shape is my only con. Super silly I'm sure but just trying to reduce clutter in my small space and I had been considering the Natrium’s sleek packaging. Question - regarding damping skin pre-HA, would a spritz of Niacinimide work? I use the Paula’s Choice Pore-reducing Toner which I put in a spray bottle. Or is just pure water better?

I think the formulas of Vichy HA and Olay's Collagen Peptide cream aren't compatible, they caused pilling every time I used them together. Love them when used separately.

Thanks for asking. Vaseline can change the penetration of UV rays so take caution when slugging and going outdoors with high uv index. I tend to slug more for indoor events esp as I don’t need to look like a glazed donut when I’m outside in the sun. Thanks for watching, my friend!

Yes! Tubes or pump containers don’t oxidize because air does not get in the container/at all like it happens with the dropper containers. The air is what oxidize vitamin C. I use the Cerave vitamin C “tube container” and I really like it! Sometimes when I haven’t used it for a couple of days, just a bit of the top product comes out a bit darker than usual but the rest is still perfect.

Yes! I'm 70 years wise, and had many AKs frozen off, and basal cell cancers cut out. I have several scars. I wish I had worn SPF when I was young!! We used to bake our skin in the sun to get a dark tan. Listen up, young people! Wear the damn sunscreen!

I am truly shocked that you are so behind the times that you are recommending hyaluronic acid. The only time higheronic acid attracts water into the skin is when the air is humid. When the humidity is low, it sucks moisture OUT of the skin. You need to read up on the latest scientific evidence about this. You could also do a little investigating and read the reviews of all of the people who have experienced negative results from hyaluronic acid, of which there are thousands. For some reason it's been hyped up as the be-all and end all of skin care ingredients and it's difficult to find skin care without it. But there is growing awareness of the very real negative results produced using products containing hyaluronic acid.
