Kids, there's nothing more cool than having a beverage to drink! But if you push your body to boundaries that aren't really safe, then that's very concerning! It's your body! Even simple things, like drinking water, can have risks if taken to the extreme. According to multiple studies, an average person can drink up from 2 to almost 4 liters of water per day; no more, no less. I may hate water given I can't swim, but hydration is key, and we gotta do it right. Too much water at once can be dangerous. Listen to your body, play it smart, and stay safe. Now you know, *and knowing is half the battle!* 🌟
