I needed this video. I have thankfully started earning 80-90% from leveraged income this year (after 6 or 7 years of linear income), & it has been driving me nuts lately. I felt GUILTY for not doing enough and SCARED to spend/lose all the money I have earned so I chose to just keep on putting it away for a rainy day. For the last month I have been searching for the holy grail of 100% perpetual, passive income (which I thought would be in the form of real estate investing)-- but bec of this video, I know the answer now. I should not pursue passive income only to result in active losses. I should aim for more leveraged income in my current business, and passive income will follow. I just discovered you YESTERDAY! I have been approached by others to participate in 'passive' income ventures. But, it always felt strange to me. Dan great video. After watching your video two things I learned are never give up and never stop learning. I have the same mind set at my job. I have been on my job for 14 years. The past 10 years I specialize as an air flow technician. In that 10 years I've never taken a vacation day . 2 years ago I had a massive heart attack. 2nd day after surgery I was supposed to go back light duty, but I go back full duty instead. A year later, as of last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. I worked everyday, except days I received chemotherapy. After watching your video it has inspired me to try to be more effecient and more valuable to my employer. So far I have only seen a couple of your videos on youtube . This was very inspiring, I'm a young senior in high school and I have been dreaming for years to "retire" by 30 but after watching this its made me think twice. I want to be in control of my life. I don't like the idea of working for someone else who possibly could be or could not be a good fit as a boss for me. As a young student I face a bunch of "bosses" everyday in the form of teachers and my parents. I want to be able to do what I want when I want and this video has helped me realized some new paths to get to that point. Thanks for sharing this video
