Not really as there still would be dominant side . Like if you took man united out 1994-2003 period arsenal , Blackburn , Newcastle would dominated so technically your comment mute . On very few occasions to achieve the point tally and finish second . It like in Beijing relay final Olympic record was beaten twice and USA still only came second . I’m no Liverpool fan Just happen to respect klopp

Mourinho, Van gaal and Rangick all said the the same thing, the culture of the club, very much including the attitude of the players, is the problem. Ole is certainly a part of hat because he was so weak.

Because of the amount of money clubs are having to pay in transfer fees, agents fees and wages players now have all the power. A manager's job now is almost impossible to do when you have a player the club has invested £100m in and paying him £300k/£400k per week, if there is a stand off between a manager and a player they have invested that kind of money in then the club is only ever going to side with the player! Just look at the managers sacked at Chelsea and UTD, some have won CL with multiple clubs even world cup winners! A manager's job is a poisoned chalace now

Solskjaer should never have been sacked. He would have won the league for Man Utd by now. He finished 3rd and 2nd. How United supporters would wish for that now. Of course he had a little blip so of course he had to be sacked because all owners know that great managers never have little blips. We all know that Ferguson never had any blips whatsoever in his first 7 seasons. LOL.

It's players like Rashford, trouble makers like him who continue to get the manager sacked. Rashford is the main one, when things aren't going his way the pet lip comes out and he goes in the huff like a big child. the fans are and always will be the standard bearers. they get only what they tolerate so if it's mediocrity as is the case with mufc (whose fans clap off the players & managers who've been embarassing them for years now) it is because the fans accept it.

Well, Man Utd finished 3rd and 2nd under Solskjaer. In November of the next season he was sacked when they were 7th. They finished 6th under Rangnick. They finished 3rd under Ten Hag. They are currently 6th. So, all in all - they've made tremendous progress since Solskjaer was sacked. It was a magnificent decision to sack him. Jordan argues that Solskjaer caused an increase in the deep embedding into the players of an acceptance that Man Utd doesn't have to have players performing at the highest level (yes a wonderful word salad). Of course, none of the other managers since Ferguson could be accused of that. All of the players performed at the highest level 100% of the time for those managers. And also, in Ferguson's first 6 years all Man Utd players performed at the highest level all the time, which is why they finished 11th twice and 13th and 6th in those wonderful years. But of course, football has changed now, so we are all spoilt brats who want immediate winning of the Premiership or else the toys are thrown out of the pram.
