Danny Woodhead opens up about being honored by the College Football HOF. Also, his experience with the Huskers. Then Danny & Adam have some fun talking about their golfing endeavors with Larry the Cable Guy. They top it off with Danny explaining what it's like to be Tom Brady's teammate, score a TD in the Super Bowl & play for Bill Belichick! People tend to open up to Adam, this interview is no different!

If Danny had been a Husker, we would’ve been teammates. How sweet would that have been?! CarrikerChronicles.com

I knew Danny's uncle Kent when we were both freshmen at Chadron. He lived down the hall in the dorm. Chadron football seems to be a family tradition! Congrats for the HOF induction, Danny!

He was overlooked by Callahan. It seems to me that the coaches and AD just ignored Nebraska talent? I wonder if Solich would have recruited him?

He was overlooked by Solich/Callahan. Unfortunately, I think he graduated during the wrong cycle with the coaching transition.

Coming out of small time high school football no would would even look at him which was 100% correct. The issue today is Nebraska doesn’t have a high school football team in the top 100 in the country. I bleed Husker red but if we want to get back in the 25 year after year we have to recruit national wide. Nebraska might have 1 game or program changer every 5-7 years.
