Much as I appreciate the comparison, felt there was a lack of feedback as to which camera's colors were closer to the actual shot. For instance, at 2:29 the flowers look yellow in the MI 11 Ultra and they look greenish on the 1+ 9 pro.. Some feedback here would have certainly added value!

Let's be honest. Difference between camera quality is narrower than ever. All of these flagship camera systems have evolved so much. It's hard to even tell which photo was from which, if they are not tagged.

A couple of weeks ago I was convinced I'd be getting the 11 Ultra. I sourced a 2nd hand 9 Pro I stead (not expecting to keep it). Took it away on a short family holiday to use and the camera hit the spot for the whole break. Colours were just spot on. Not thinking of changing now.

Yeah I think the S21 Ultra having such a great camera along with the Hasselblad hype is overshadowing the fact that the 9 Pro actually has a pretty good camera overall. It's not beating the 21Ultra or 12 Pro Max, but it's definitely top 5 which is an improvement considering their history.

@@derekant1612 Indeed the 9 Pro is very good in video photo, often even better than the S21 Ultra and 12 Pro Max. My problem with One Plus and Apple are the camera-level updates. At Samsung if there is a new option, it is added to older models. Unlike One-Plus and Apple who only update their cameras on the model of the moment.

Its better for those who wants latest camera features for some less investements with older flagships. I think Apple keeps its older ones downgraded intentionally in terms of camera and oneplus just dont have time to look out for their old loyal buddies.

Mi 11 Ultra é o rei do vexame e da inconsistência: cores saturadas... exposição exagerada... nitidez a desejar... com vários números altos e opções pra chamar a atenção, mas muitas coisas mal acabadas e com QUALIDADE A DESEJAR de um flagship caro como este, auto proclamado Rei dos Androids. Na minha opinião, de modo geral o Oneplus 9 PRO foi bem melhor, com exceção à noite onde daria empate para os dois. Não vou comentar mais, pois, perdi o folego ao ver um trabalho desde nível... nem deu pra me concentrar no comparativo em si... muito bom Danny Winget... bom mesmo cara! I love how the oneplus is consistent, the xiaomi blow out too much highlights in some of the day shots & most of the night shots, overexposing areas with bright lights. & the front camera on the xiaomi doesn't seem that great, good thing the small display at the back can allow you to use rear cams for selfies

I’d take the Mi 11 Ultra if it was available in the US via carrier or if I had a zero interest credit card. All Xiaomi has to do is keep the camera updates rolling and they could end up having the best camera on a smartphone. The OnePlus is no slouch though. I feel like with the 8k OnePlus went crazy with the sharpening slider though.

You really can't go wrong with any of them. But personally, the flexibility Mi 11U offers in camera department is insane and way ahead of OP 9 Pro. You get flagship sensor on all 3 cameras and that actually makes a big difference. OP 9 Pro Ultrawide imo is the best Ultrawide on any smartphone but the problem is that the FOV isn't very wide. Like I said, lack of flexibility on OP.

Both are great phones, but I have already choosen mi 11 ultra. The reasons are: When you go out with friends, or too a Zoo, Theatre ... You need zoom capabilities and also used to use ultrawide for selfies and the rear display is really usefull for that. Also de main sensor is bigger so with future updates It has more chances to improve. Finally, my daughter has light blue eyes and Oneplus use to overdark shadows, making them more dark and loosing that information. Really nice videos btw!

The camera are very impressive. Xiaomi HDR could use some improvement I feel. I had the mi note 10. When compared to the note 20 ultra. There is a huge noticeable softness on the mi note 10 108mp sensor. Its disappointing. Im thinking it have to do with the CPU used. The CPU have some impact on the processing

I am surprised and prefer in general the 9 Pro . Colors are better and less saturated. However, since Samsung S21 Ultra is better than OnePlus 9 Pro, I think Mi 11 Ultra finishes 3rd.

Personally, for detailed camera (photo) comparison, I would prefer to have more crops from the images. Because, when you have both images side by side, with todays flagship with quality camera, there isnt really that much difference to be seen (yeah you can compare the exposure, colours and dynamic range but if you want to look at details, texture processing or noise levels, you have to crop in)

I think mi 11 win in this camera comp. And after some future updates it will be a real camera king this summer. After that new generation of Samsung will use this sensor on better softver than xiaomi and it will bi a winner. Vivo x60 pro plus is a great phone also with zeiss optics

OnePlus 9 Pro looks clearly better for photos. So I'll choose iPhone or S21 Ultra. For a few years, Xiaomi offers so powerful hardware but so weak software. Maybe they shall concentrate on camera software refinement rather than releasing a million variants of a model lineup.

test the HDR VIDEO man.. when you inside your home.. and the bright came from your window.. NO CAN handle that problem instead of iphone 12 with dolby vision.. that i want to know.. can one plus 9 handle the bright / light come from the window??? usually.. the regular phone difficult to handle that situation.. the regular phone will lose the backlight from the window.. how about the one plus 9?? thank you

Selfie cameras are pretty irrelevant and almost unnecessary except for video calls.I have to say that straight up the OnePlus 9 Pro does a much better job in color balance and avoiding blowouts. It is also preferable in almost all the night vision shots.

I think 9 pro AI is doing better in sharpening the photos, but mi 11 ultra photos look more natural although still altered with AI. So in terms of AI, 9 pro is overprocessing, if does look better then mi 11 if you do not zoom in. If you zoom in the photos, I think you will see the flaws in over-sharpening. Anyway, normally we do not zoom into photos to find the flaws, I would say 9 pro is the winner overall snap and shot close & mid range shots. Mi 11 totally owned the long range shot and amazing zoom details.

Mi 11 Ultra still lacks consistency, but oneplus 9 pro is also not much better. However, some of oneplus 9 pro shots are better then Mi 11 Ultra in terms of colour and white balance. Xiaomi need to fine tune in the image processing to balance out the excessive output from dual native ISO. This may take 2 generations if not more. Hope they can do it on Mi 11 Ultra, but don't hold too much hope since more phone generations mean more phone purchase. In the end of the day, business is to earn more profit, not necessarily making the product perfect.

They solved the issues on China ROM already with MIUI 12.5.2. Today, they even started rolling out DXOMARK's firmware, the MIUI 12.5.3. Photo quality improved significantly, so much that most of reviewers need to review it again with this update

I have been using 9 Pro and when compared it is a complete package. The Amoled screen 3216 x 1440 LTPO display is mind blowing. Stereo sound, touch response, all high end specs. 9pro is a clear winner. However OP made lot of noise on haselbled camera, but disappointed since they gave sony IMX camera as hardware. Only Software colour correction at first place is cheating and not worth additional 10k.🙏 Sorry if I have hurt OP lovers, but as a one month old owner, except the hype of camera with haselbled tag, every feature and hardware is worth every penny spent.👍
