Thanks for the comments. I know I screwed up on especially that Tentacruel into Tina. I knew that I screwed up. But I’ve always been worried about the bring out the hard counter to punish them without doing an over farm on the lead so that I can threaten later on. But thanks for the advice. I’ll be more aggressive in taking control of matches and the typings. :)

I think your tendency is to overfarm to a fault. It's great to bank as much energy as you can, but in multiple instances you had to give up a shield - or two - to preserve your energy, or you sacrificed the opportunity to pressure your opponent to shield because they were able to spend their energy before you did. Better awareness of your opponent's energy, or just better situational understanding of when to apply pressure as opposed to building energy, would help. I see Dan mentioned this at the end of the video, so my apologies for piling on. But it's definitely what stood out to me the most while watching. Good luck moving forward!

Man, every time I see a Pokémon I'm extremely interested to watch before powering up it's the shadow version. I've been very curious about Hippowden but he sims poorly and I can't seem to catch him in a battle.

The non shadow is fine. I have both and the shadow bonus, whilst nice, still doesnt have the moveset to 1 shot most things and usually takes just as much as the non shadow...

@@menandroplan1554 Thank you, that's normally Dan's measuring stick for when you really want the shadow right. I'm guessing it's that rock move that benefits most off the shadow. You really want to deal at least half damage to flying or fire and right now it looks kind of weak, but the mon itself is absolutely underrated.
