Not surprised your faster with a pedal that has more throw than some pedals that are rock hard. Those are my findings as well from all the pedals ive tested. Nice review :)

Hi Dan! About the BJ steel pedals: the front mount has in fact a lot more than only 2 holes. The screws which holding the pedals (each side 3 screws) are going through the baseplate into the aluminium profiles. They are fixed with the ball bearing nuts, those also are used to connect the extruded aluminium profiles. Next information I'd like to share is about the blue Nitroflex. It's designed for the BJ steel load cell brake, and is an excellent, very durable solution. I totally agree on the sharp edges. This is something they could easily improve. Once you know about (normally from an "Autsch!") you will wear gloves. Problem solved. I think the F1 2 pedal set is a very good product. Also shifter and handbrake are very nice. I wanted to clarify that the plate can be fixed with 8 or even more screws. There is no flex, even when using 200kg (this is about 28 to 30'000 in Di view). Zero, amazing product! I have these Pedals for about 5 months and ive send it two times back because an issue. First it was an electronic problem and the pedals didnt work anymore. Second broke the elastomer.. I think the quality is not the best, but for the price its oke. When the pedals are working there so much fun and nice to drive. Support is also nice and quick.

Hi Dan. Thank you beautifully for the video. I am curious to see what you present in simracing equipment, I currently own an Invicta and despite their small spacing I am happy with them. I would like to see from you simagic p2000, Simtrecs, Raceweek, Simtag, it would be nice to know your opinion on all these pedals with the order from the best. I hope to see it someday. About the lateral play of the pedals… if people/reviewers complain about that in a 200€ TLCM set, why not when it comes to an almost 5x more expensive one? :-) Other than that, great job, @Dan! Love your videos!

I have the LC version here as well, I will probably post a video of them as well - I have similar points as with the hydraulic pedals - build quality is not the greatest - that elastomer stack with that weird angled piece of metal is not ideal - I think they fixed it on their pro version now though. But apart from that it doesnt look as nice the pedals perform just fine. I think the stock elastomers are horrible, but with some nice aftermarket elastomers or their nitroflex the pedal feels reaaaally good!

@@DanSuzuki from what I understand they changed it to a pivot point for connection on load cell which allowed for adjustment of stiffness of pedal so maybe. I also heard they changed the elastomers? Not sure though. Do u find the pedal is to heavy?

Gday Dan I have had the 200kd LC for 18 months or so and so far be very good for the price, throttle and clutch the same as hydraulic. Thanks for letting me know there's software to go with them now as diview is very primitive to use but overall haven't had reason to change.

Carriage bolts or coach bolts is what's holding the pedals, suppose it give more clearance under the base plate

At no point in this video is there a review of the BJ, how the pedals can do the BJ or the quality of the BJ, at just under $1k it would need to be strong, like golf ball through a garden hose strong, maybe a follow up video Dan?

Hi Dan, do you know if they have fixed their elastomer problems, not the yellow one just their standard elastomers? The old one was so poorly made, everybody I know who had BJ's had issues with it. The elastomers just began to disintegrate after a few months

You won't be able to solve the problem with the elastomer because it's a 3D printed part. This will always decompose because of the layered structure. Maybe your approach will increase the service life. I am excited...
