I think the elder flower one was the one with the most bubbles. I make elderflower "champagne" every summer with no yeast and it tends to become lovely and bubbly

Happy Summer Solstice to you n Lol (great tunes), all your followers. The birds seem to be eating all the early soft fruit, they normally leave the blackcurrants as they must be satiated by the time they ripen. I love your posts, and look forward to them. I have been growing a permaculture perenial food forest plus a few raised beds for the annuals, it has been another difficult year weather wise, cold dry May, then hot early June and cold damp approaching the solstice. Oh well situation normal. Blessings to all

Greetings Terry, happy full moon. I have just bottled my mead, the white clover I made is very tasty, the mugwort and wormwood is definitely bitter but tasty. Mine wasn’t as bubbly however, it did ferment. Maybe next time I’ll add a bit more yeast. I wish I could send you a photo thank you for teaching us. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing Terri, another summer sol not that far away! I am doing an animal fund raising event! I make my own wine, and an easier way is to get some plastic tubing with a tap and decant the wine into a demi john, usually a few months. You may know of this now as the vid is from last year luv n light for the coming solstice to you LOL the furry babes luv n light x
