Yesterday i stumbled on amazing grace, cried my eyes out all afternoon, i havent cried in years but needed to. Found myself checking out more songs this morning including metal mix. Im classical violin but always enjoyed the insanely gifted metal guitar players and their rapid fire finger patterns. They make it look so easy but these guys are all truly talented and this set of clips highlights what brilliant musicians they all are. I cant wait to show Dan Vasc to my 96 year old fire and brimstone preaching father. I know hes going to tear up the minute Dan starts singing. Cant wait to see what you play next! Never gonna give you up was classic, should be re- released on the radio along with everything else.

Totally awesome..even if it was posted 2 years ago :) You have travelled from being a standard singer to being a totally awesome singer. You are on a great journey Dan, you now have to travel this road with caution. Too many great singers have let the power they wield go to their head, and they have lost the adrenaline rush they get from singing to leave them. Just be the man you are portraying to us, stay with you, please don't stray from your path that leads you to what you truly wish to be. Be true to yourself because it's who you are, and now that has your list of followers is growing more and more each day. Well said, but from my observation, I don't think I've ever seen anyone more 'grounded' than Dan, he is a great observer of not just music but of current affairs, a truly remarkable young man. The world needs more people like him, he is the right sort of 'influencer'

I agree totally when it comes to most of the pop/rock of the 80s covers but Hansi Kürsch of blind guardian and Eric Adams of manowar are some of the best power metal singers; no offense to ZP theart of (older) dragonforce who can belt out some amazing stuff too. I would encourage you to give them a listen, and try out some more of their catalog.

Something I really love about watching these videos is that you can see Dan really singing. It would be easier to record and then fix the audio and then look like he was singing over that but no! You can see he's actually singing the whole time! I'm super impressed and grateful.
