Why not complete the footpath in 100 metre sections rather than disrupting the entire road for longer than necessary? Shows a lack of understanding of project planning.

Durbarmarg already had good footpath. Why is Balen wasting money just to change that footpath to colourful footpath. Instead he should be spending money in making transport infrastructures like fly-overs, parking buildings etc. This will ease Kathmandu's traffic jam and give respite to its people. Changing the footpath to a coloured one may look beautiful for few months, but later it will fade away and again look like previous footpath. Look at the footpaths of baneshwor which has already started to fade..................
