Fun fact the heat in chillis doesn't actually come from the seeds as chefs like this guy seem to say and also especially those on tv cooking programs. It actually comes from the membrane, the little white strip the seeds are attached to.

In 2023 this should be easily known knowledge lol chilli's are everywhere and are more popular than ever I think chef's have just been tricked by the fact seeds are coated in capsaicin just from being inside the pepper so that gave them the impression that's where the heat came from

From Conor's perspective, why would you bother! He's a multi-millionaire, is as rich as hell, and why he's putting himself through the hard work of trying to own a profitable pub and brewery is beyond me. To his credit, the pub looks great, the food looks excellent, his stout is well received, and he's supposed to be the perfect person to do business with. There's no problem with payment, orders made are always honoured, there's no wasting people's time etc.
