Yeah I've only heard of him in two instances, this where he tried to take Bernard down and act like a victim and the interview with Joan Rivers where he wanted to play the victim again, people like that are no fun and if anyone was racist it was him.

Drove them mad with his anger about racism abd victimisation, they ended up looking embarrassed and avoiding his ranting . which was fortunate for him as it could have ended up a lot worse.

It's an act like Bernard, only he's not funny so he has to be po-faced. He did a harmless gag about how he could be his father and he was far more nasty in response to that than anything Bernard said. And I loved that gag about the plane. That's not a racist joke to me, it's a joke about racism.

A dog born in a stable isn’t a horse” Take the piss out of races, and joke about stereotypes, but to admit someone is less than you because of their race..is racist..and that’s what Manning was.self admittedly. The English are already a minority in Birmingham, Manchester and London. The politicians and policy makers are racist all right, but only to the indigenous British people. Forcefully replacing the English, in England, is about as racist as it gets.

I was in buckley hall detiension centre rochdale in 1975 and at time so was robert manning he eas related to bernad i think bernad was is grandad he was in there as he kept stealing bernads rolls royce on his release day bernard came to buckley hall to pick him up i thought robert joking but it was true
