I watched this stream. I wanted to say that I think Kabuto can't have water moves in Round 1. Hydro Pump is only learnt by level-up RBY (not GSC), Water Gun is an RBY TM, BubbleBeam is an RBY TM and egg move, and Surf, well it is a GSC HM, but Kabuto can't learn it in GSC, so it counts as another RBY move in Kabuto's case. So only in Round 2 can Kabuto have Water moves. Kabuto's Round 1 movesets will basically be AncientPower/Rollout + Giga Drain/Icy Wind/Blizzard I guess. Maybe Thief and Scratch if you get one with 3 attacking moves?
