I had no idea he was a writer on Daredevil. Liked him before but Ive got a new found respect for him now.

the death of Karen Page was the best part of the graphic novel, that conversation between Peter Parker and Matt Murdock on top of the Brooklyn bridge was heartbreaking.

Judging by his amazing comic writing, Kevin Smith should make some more serious movies. I love Clerks, but still, he'd probably make amazing serious movies.

the movie will make people want to buy daredevil comics ha thats funny
@hajlender1210 жыл бұрын
Well the movie wasn't that great, but every time a movie comes out, that's based on a comic book character, it undoubtedly increases demand for said character.

Never understood this whole “only Frank Miller can write Elektra” deal. His most famous work is redefining Daredevil & Batman. By redefining Daredevil, he turned Kingpin into Daredevil’s arc enemy. If Miller came out and said he only used Marvel & DC as a stepping stone for 300 & Sin City then fair enough but that wasn’t the case.
@JusRed483 жыл бұрын
I agree and Frank having a grudge against Marvel for letting other people write Elektra is weird as hell.
@dimitrijetucovic1307 Жыл бұрын
It's true though. Nobody's come close since, really. Only Miller knew how to write her, it was his creation and every one that's followed has had little to nothing to introduce to the character that's new and exciting.

No disrespect, Kevin comes across as such a fanboy. Frank Miller didn't even create Daredevil. he took the guy and drove him like a car in Grand theft Auto. The last thing I ever learned from Frank Miller was to be timid.

I was talking about Daredevil: The Target. It was supposed to be Smith's sequel to Guardian Devil, but because of his movie commitments, he never went past the first issue because he was missing deadlines and pretty much screwed his credibility.
