Hi, I was F1 student then applied to asylum before my OPT expired. We have been waiting for 8 years for our interview during this the I got my RN and my employer filed for my adjustment of status and I got my I 1 40 approved . Few weeks ago I had my asylum interview. Can you do a video on this situation. What to expect if asylum decision is moved to judge and if we will not get an answer soon

My mother had a deportation order when i was one years old in 2008. would i be able to help her get a parole in place through the military since i plan on joining after i graduate?

How are they allowing applucation when the thing is paused?

@sharonbartley808 they continue to accept new applications but they cannot approve applications at the moment. We expect that to change in the very near future (mid-October hopefully).

If I have withholding of removal order A10 can I apply for PIP.thank you

Yes, however people with withholding also have a removal order. So generally they need to get parole and an approved I-130 before we can try to re-open the case with ICE to get a green card. I would almost certainly apply for parole if you have withholding of removal.

Yes it has been long 10 years and a half with this a10 status and I am in limbo I cannot travel outside USA. I would definately apply for parole but what kind of parole am I applying for .All I want at this point is travel outside US temporarely .​@@DarianLaw
