Simply amazing!🤩 Best visual on the internet. Your form is a work of art. Flawless, graceful with power and the beauty to match. I watch all your videos and practice all your techniques. I wouldn’t change anything else in your game. I would focus more on my mental game. Understand your equipment, study patterns, and stay ahead of the transition. Trust your game. Understand your ball motion. Match your equipment with the pattern. Master this. Watch other bowlers transition & equipment techniques and compare it to your own. But ultimately be you. You will become the best female bowler ever. Keep up the hard work!

all the different angles really help , some of the things i learned from your video is the sliding of the left foot first to get to the release line then you swoop your right leg behind your body and to the left while keeping toes parrallel to the floor , also your left arm positioning at the end and the right hand goes up and above your head just before release , these r just a couple of the things im taking from this video again thanks !!!

I've been bowling over 20 years, at age 37, I wish my swing/release was this buttery. You never really stop learning in this sport and that's what I love about it. Even after all my time, there is still a lot I need to fix/adjust. Bad habits still make there way in, it drives me insane, but it is what it is. I heard about her recently and they weren't lying. One of the best forms in all of bowling, men AND women.

Great video. The elbow bend is so hard to pick up when watching at full speed. Great idea to slow it down to illustrate that. Is the strap below the elbow one of those things that uses magnets to increase blood flow in the area?

This should be the standard for slow motion videos. You did a good job of unpacking a lot in this video. It looks like your hand is so relaxed at the top of the swing.I’ve been working on the fit and grip pressure.Heel/toe is easily seen excellent video. Are there any videos of the drills you have used over the years to get to this point. Thanks

The movement of the upper body naturally follows the movement of the lower body, so the important thing to focus on is the movement of the legs and feet in the lower body! If you observe the video in detail When returning from the backswing, the posture is in a low position, the upper body is following one hand, and the center of gravity is moving forward from downward.
