And the really cool thing is that it's a self reinforcing thing. For example, Gordon phones up Cosworth and asks, "fancy doing an engine?", and they do because they know its going to be a wild ride. I know of no one who is quite such an effective epicentre of such automotive excitement (that also has a practical boot too). I'm hoping that Jay Leno has got a T50 on order - he's got everything else Gordon Murray has built. It be good to see them all lined up!

Wonderful interview as always. Can’t resist adding that a mate and I took my Elise camping at Monterey Car Week and, unlike Dario and his brother, the passenger had no bags at his feet! Got a tent, two sleeping bags, folding chairs and clothes in the trunk.

Amazing chat with Franchitti about Gordon. They are both legends of racing in their respective ways. The new car reminds me a mix of the Dino 246 and Miura. I love the simplicity and the purity of his designs. The only issue is the price. If you can afford it you would get it without blinking an eye. All his cars are great investments and built with passion for passionate drivers. The new Lotus is very similar at a very reasonable price but it does not have the 12 cylinder Cosworth engine. I can see this engine on the latest McLarens. I think that could be a game changer for McLaren. Congrats once more for a great interview.

Okay...what can I say here? IMO you've done a wonderful thing. I subscribed at about 20k subs. I am very glad I did. At that time you were full of a combination of enthusiasm, contacts, and a well-known ability! Things got "long", and I stopped watching (though I would dip into videos, but I got a bit bored). You've obviously looked and researched at audiences, which is wonderful. There are a million crappy channels doing the same useless thing. YOU finding your niche is key, and I a glad it matches my needs for a car channel! I am nobody, nothing, and I will never drive anything you show. But that is the only point of these channels... I think you have it kiddo....You have such a genuine passion (not the idiotic fake "passion" of cooking shows...you truly are a nerd; no a geek...boring others with your obsession, like me...). The turning point was watching you squat besides the T33 Spider asking about design features. The look in your eyes said everything: you really love the cars. Your income and contacts become irrelevant thereafter! You are 100% one of us. Your contacts are OUR bonus in this channel. Thank you and I hope you het huge success.

The McLaren F1 and the McLaren F1 are amazing cars, but a bit ugly. The GMA T33 is properly pretty. The idea that Dario was seriously deeply involved in the development of these cars is more ridiculous than Senna being responsible for the NSX chassis. I am sure he had input, but "senor research something" is frankly ridiculous!!!! I would love to find I am wrong, because it is a wonderful story.

In my opinion it’s massively overpriced and massively overrated. Heard it and saw it at Goodwood with my own eyes. Design wise it looks dated, like an unfinished mix and match of many different cars, it’s not pretty, it’s not elegant, beautiful, it’s not got any striking looks or beautiful lines, doesn’t really look like a supercar if I’m honest, it looks a bit bland and boring if anything. Yes it’s light, but so what! It’s a road car that’s obscenely expensive that’ll be barely used anyway. Give me a 812 C or f12 tdf, put a full novitec exhaust system on it and it will sound way better than a T50.any day of week. Will be better engineered, sound better, more powerful, look better, some extra weight means nothing unless your looking for lap times. Sound wise, it actually sounds like one of them annoying mosquitos in your ear at night, the engine has no depth or soul. Proper v12 engines bark, growl, grunt, bellow, scream, whale and break the air as they pass bye, they do it all!! The T50 engine sounded bobbins to be honest at Goodwood, a very strange, overrated and soulless v12 sound. I was there at Goodwood trackside and saw it with my own eyes and heard it with my own ears. The engine was characterless. The V12 in the new Ferrari Daytona sounded much better, cleaner, crisper, sharper. Paid for reviews mean jack sh-t! The Zonda sound made the T50 sound like it was from another planet.
