We can't see the future (well, at least). We can't film and edit a game in a single day, especially since we're moving our entire Studio (so many boxes) We even acknowledged that fact in the video description as well, which you scrolled past. When you activate on death, you actually DO get to pile in, becuase it's a normal activation. You also pile in one at a time before removing models so there are some gamey moments where you can get more models into activation distance.

I know that's the case in Sigmar as they clarified it in an FAQ, but can't anything to confirm it in 40k, especially since its not a normal unit activation, rather the model just gets to attack. Better to play it safe imo😅

Regarding "off table command abilities". What keeps most (if not all other) command abilities from working off table is that they are range bound. Off table your apothecary is not within 3" of another unit thats off table. Additionally units cannot "be targeted" while off table. Angron's ability neither targets himself nor a unit within range.

Back in 2nd Cypher had a 2+ Shadowy+Warpy Shenanigans type Escape. So 1x 1 in 6. Much better than 3x 1 in 6 [as Black Library-wise, Cypher does get captured here & there.]

While I still enjoy watching you guys, this match really solidified for me that I can't wait for 9th to be over. This match literally felt like whoever got the charge off would eradicate everything. It really feels like rolling dice has become the least important part of 40k. Just crash your stuff into the enemy and watch entire units disappear under tons of rerolls, pluses to hit and wound and mortal wounds. The game feels so non-interactive.
