“I just want dark brown” girl your hair IS dark brown. This type of client are the worst, totally unrealistic expectations, don’t listen, keep asking for things we already told them is not possible…her hair could’ve been beautiful with muted copper highlights but all she would’ve been focused on is it’s warm. I’m glad he didn’t do her color she seems impossible to please.
