We all have a dark form bro, but it knowing how we can revert back from it, that's the trick. But if may suggest a technique next time it happens? Just think this, ( special quality time with your Beloved Blaze ❤⚘❤.) If that doesn't bring you right back double fast, I don't know what will. That bit usually worked on me for when I needed a good counterbalance when I needed it. A detail my hon suggested that really helped, ( my Beloved Jesicat.) I'd say what is, but it's rather personal, for my mind only.
