I keep hearing laughter during the video...I'm gonna guess it's the Bloatheads. Anyway, I have to wonder what the difference is between colors of titanite. Are some for certain items only? Or are some better than others?

They offer different upgrade paths for weapons. Regular titanite is used for general upgrading (and lightning path); Blue titanite is used for magical upgrade paths; Red titanite is used for fire weapon paths (removes scaling but adds fire damage; same thing happens with lightning); White titanite is used for faith upgrade paths. They are typically used to make weapons fit a build more, like a magic based character using blue titanite to make a weapon scale with magic more than other stats (or in conjunction with depending on upgrade path). However, my build simply works best with the regular titanite path as it scales best with the STR and DEX stats.

There is something kind of hilarious about watching this game sped up. I also wanted to ask: Why is it that you have 24 humanity in the pool now? Didn't you say before that it caps at 10?

The item drop bonus (from enemies) humanity gives you caps at 10 humanity. However, its other features, like increasing your character's defensive stats or increasing curse resist, keep increasing the more humanity that is obtained. Also, humanity is occasionally given when killing enemies in "active" areas (areas with bosses still alive), so that's why I'm at 24 currently.
