Can I point out how insane it is that you spent TEN MINUTES STRAIGHT fighting Quelaag with an unupgraded weapon, no RTSR or PW, no armor, unupgraded estus flask, and at a very low level, and yet somehow WON? I imagine the Crestfallen Warrior scoffs at your appearance at first, finds it curious the next time, and then later on when you've been killing bosses left and right, goes "Seriously?! THIS guy?! How?!"

I love how people think this game is so hard but in reality it's not that bad. It's kind of like playing Devil May Cry mixed with chess... it is difficult but it's not like the horror stories I've been hearing everywhere.

Once he starts cheesing using main-hand only attacks with the beastly Claymore on O&S, I thought “what’s the point?”. Subscribers threw him a huge bone by voting in arguably the game’s best sword. But the nerf/offset was dual-wielding, which in DaS1 is trash. He says the damage on one is garbage, so why bother? Because it’s a challenge run. If one sword has better upgrades, tough it out, and avoid mistakes during longer fights. Literally no one thinks you can’t beat O&S with a Claymore, which is why they nerfed it. And O&S is what everyone is thinking of when voting on a challenge run: “Can lobosjr beat O&S dual-wielding Claymores?”. Subscribers should have stipulated you don’t get to selectively cheese bosses once a fight becomes legitimately tough.

No she isn't. I've actually had this happen today as well. You kill Lautrec, so the game goes through the process of him killing the fire keeper, you killing him and then resurrecting her again in just a couple of miliseconds. The "item" dissappears moments after reloading the game.

not really in standard gameplay no, in pvp it makes you far less predictable, but you're still giving up quite a bit for that. atleast its getting a humongous buff in dark souls 2

Grab the loot to wake him up and run back to the door as fast as you can. Then just wait for him to come and he'll jump the last bit. After that just hit him untill he falls.

+Aiviymatoc Urotsukidoji R1-L1 while dual wielding on DS1 means that you first hit the enemy with your right hand and then you use the weapon in left hand as a shield, lel. You have to R1-L2, and i think it takes pretty much the same time it takes when spamming R1 onehanded..

I know how to do it with CheatEngine, but it involves dropping the item, oh...did you already know the codes for the weapons you hacked from? Still, no explanation sucks. What is the lore behind quelaag?

In a nutshell she's killing anyone who enters her domain to gather humanity for her sister. Her sister drank blightpuss to save the guy with the egg sack on her back and she poisoned her self. If you have the old witch ring you find out the fair lady is blind and thinks you are quelaag. Overtime the more humanity you give her slowly makes her well again. This is because she is a choas demon and everything choas feeds on humanity.
