It definitely feels like that. As a DMC player playing Souls game was like playing a 120 fps game on 12 fps. Souls games are so slow it feels like an eternity is passing by during weapon attacks and movements.

Even in dmc you need to learn the enemey patterns when using royal guard for example, what is wrong with that?
@SolonGaming3 ай бұрын
You don't NEED to, but you can. Royal guard is incentivized only after you learn the game to the point that you know when an attack is coming with pixel perfect accuracy. I will make a video where i fully explain how skill works in games very soon.

I think it'd be cool if you did an overview of DMC. I may plan on doing that myself, some day. I'm playing through DMC 5 and it's pretty good. Though V - cool in concept - is not the best due to how weak Griffon and Shadow are and how they can die quite quickly and you're left running around waiting for them to recover form a stalemate. But I still had a lot of fun executing complex combo strings with them simultaneously and constantly getting S/SS ranked style scores in each combat encounter. I would say the V play-style (where you had to play with him) was my main issue with the game, though the lock-on has issues in which if you move after adjusting lock-on and try lock-on again, it does the enemy closest to you and the game's aesthetics (though great thanks to the better game engine) lack variety (especially in the second half of the game). DMC 3 is my favorite of the series, though I'd say DMC 5 would probably be my second favorite. I liked DMC 4, but the game was clearly rushed and the only redeeming factor was the combat - everything from bosses and level design was quite disappointing (especially the latter half where you retread through all the levels you just went through and refight the same enemies and bosses (due to the game being rushed to meet a deadline, once more). DMC is good for atmosphere but doesn't have the complexity of the later games to hold a candle and DMC 2 is DMC 2 and no one really likes it, lol. Overall, I'd say it's a good series with only one real bad outing and one that is mid due to rushed development. DMC, DMC 3, and DMC 5 are all good games. DMC 4 was good in the first half but fell apart as soon as you played as Dante and realized the Devs had to rush the game in order to meet the deadline and you retread all the old levels/enemies/bosses and any variety you had in the first half of the game is gone.

I don't really think a DMC overview is really necessary since it's considered peak hack n slash by most and there are already videos covering that.
