I thought Gwyndolin was a woman. But I've read that he is actually a son of Lord Gwyn, and his youngest child. Because his influence is the dark sun, or moon, he takes on a feminine appearance. I thought that was a cool concept but not sure if it's true or not.

Once you know his attacks its an easy fight. Just dodge and weave. The magic attacks are a bit harder to dodge. Use LOS for those, although his bigass kamayamaya type attacks seem to pierce the columns. The arrows will allow you to close on him quicker.

That's where you're supposed to spawn after death. You can't spawn at the bonfire just outside because you're Gwyndolin's enemy now.

Another tip for the fight is using some high magic def armor like havel's but staying at med roll speed. You up your survivability a lot but it takes a little longer to walk to the boss. Better than resetting after getting combo'd to death by her magic missles. I'd say this is the safer route esp if you killed Gwynevere cause that spawn is faaaar.

IMPORTANT TIP: DONT KILL the fire keeper before you kill the main boss because plenty of people including me experienced a really annoying bug (if you die fighting Gwyndolin, you won't revive again in the firebon close to the boss, but in the first firebon and you have to pass again all way around.

Took me ages to get the timing on the homing spell. Where do you get Gwyndolin's armor? I only found the brass set at the end of the hall, a miracle, and an empty chest.

Don't hold ya hopes for for an easy fight as this teleporting toss pot WILL double or triple cast his multiple orbs followed right away with the big one so you will always die when getting him close to half health
